  1. When I am not in looking at my PlanPlus it would be great to have it popup an alert on my desktop about appointment's , calls, reminders, etc.

  2. When working with Goal & Roles it would be great to be able to set a default time associated with a specific activity.. right now everything is set to 1 hour and I have to reset the appointments or task to the time it takes

  3. In the old days in Franklin School we were taught to use the daily notices to jot down everything while on the phone. Confirmation numbers, tracking numbers, etc. It was important stuff and took up half the open pages. The software makes this impossible to do. Its is buried and hard to use. There are many of use that dont use the calendar much so having a calendar that takes up 70% of the page us useless. I just need to check upcoming appointments. My day revolves around tasks and daily notes.

  4. Change time gridlines to 15-minute increments on, both, the web app and the mobile app so that all appointments do not visually overlap when the time of the appointments are not overlapping.

  7. This feature used to work, but now when I try to drag appointments up and down, they don’t end up where the line shows they will be. For example, I have to remember that I need to move them up two places ahead of where I want them to be in order to get them to the correct spot. It could be this only happens on the Chrome browser and doesn’t come up on any of the others, but a lot of people use Chrome.

  8. In an earlier version, when you added a note to a task, a symbol was added next to the task on the list. It was a real time saver, but somehow it got eliminated.

    If most users are like me, most tasks don’t have notes. So you can look at the list, see the task, do it and then check it off.

  10. 1hr is to long to be out of sync with Exchange/Outlook365/Gmail. I understand that creates additional load, but how about every 15 min? Also as maybe even a better alternative, a button to 'sync' on demand - that way you wouldn't increase load significantly, and people could use it only as needed.

  11. Since everything is web based we have to wait for the browser to update with every click. It could be much quicker if the user interface reacted instantly to user input and then synced with the server behind the scenes. For instance when moving tasks around it takes time for the task to update and then move itself. If it could be dragged and dropped instantly and sync on the back-end with the server that would be much quicker.   12. Is there a way to get the search function better?
    Before, there was a static field you could immediately type in and click ‘return’, this would bring up results. To re-search the fields were already there.
    Now, the field is hidden, you you have click the magnifying glass, type in the search term, select the drop down, and then click the search. To re-search you have to start at the beginning.
    Needless to say this is much more cumbersome, the entire team would like to revert to how it was before.

  13. Many of us sync work and personal calendars with PP. It would be great to be able to enter a calendar item into PP (mobile and/or desktop) and then select which calendar to sync to so that it appears on the correct calendar within gmail.

  14. The US date system MM/DD/YYY totally messed-up our planning and communication within the firm (3/10 being 10 March instead of 3 October). I had to stop using Plan Plus. Can the DD/MM/YYYY system be adopted as an option throughout Plan Plus please? Thank you.

  15. Earlier iterations contained a horizontal alphabet at the top of the contacts page. It looked like this:

    ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

    with a bit of space between the letters.

    When you clicked on a letter, it brought you right to the contacts under that letter.

    This was replaced by requiring three steps:

    1. Move the mouse pointer to the “Everyone A to Z” box and click on the drop-down arrow.
    2. Scroll down the drop-down list until you find your letter.
    3. Click on a letter to bring up the contacts under that letter.

  17. Use to use system for tasks (todoist). Was able to enter a siri reminder ("siri remind me to...". I then used workflow to run program (reminders to todoist) to pull siri reminders into new task on todoist. Loved that option. Able to rapid fire list of tasks to siri in car over voice and run worklow to then see all in todoist.

  20. Do you know what I really like about PlanPlus Online? I like it when I click on a link or a button or whatever and NOTHING HAPPENS! If I am doing my weekly planning with this thing and I want to change something, it is a real ordeal. I almost always have to reboot my laptop. When, oh when, are you guys going to update this archaic piece of software. There has to be a better way of doing this.
