Have a search in help section
There is no clear way to search for help topics, create a search function in the help data base. The help is clearly PP weak link.

Add an existing task to a goal
I would like to be able to drag and drop some of my existing tasks to my goals so that they become part of the steps to achieving my goals. I would like to be able to do this on the home page and refine it if necessary on the vision board.

Implement optional 24-hour time
Have an option to change all times within PlanPlus to 24-hour time, for we medical professionals this would be very helpful!

Links that Work
Do you know what I really like about PlanPlus Online? I like it when I click on a link or a button or whatever and NOTHING HAPPENS! If I am doing my weekly planning with this thing and I want to change something, it is a real ordeal. I almost always have to reboot my laptop. When, oh when, are you guys going to update this archaic piece of software. There has to be a better way of doing this. Dr. Covey had a good concept with the the Mission Statement and the Compass, etc. But PlanPlus Online just doesn't…

Complete and copy
When I was using the desktop software version of Plan Plus, there was a task option where you could complete a task and "copy" and copy it to another day. This option may be good for tasks that you complete but you need to do the task again but you do not want to have to create a repeating task.

Provide direct access to goals from the planning tab
It would be helpful to have direct access to goals from the planning tab rather than having to go to the vision board or the weekly planning pages.

Send emails at another date/time
The ability to send an email at a later, specified date or time.
This is to avoid sending emails outside of business hours, etc.
Also to plan message times to accomodate other activities or desired reception time.

Provide a Index of terms and definitions
Provide definitions for CRM terms, commands, descriptions in Plan Plus, their individual functionality and how to activate them (if not available in your plan).

Unschedule Tasks
Hello it would be great if you can unschedule tasks by selecting them in the list so that you can schedule it again faster from the weekly plan. If I have a tasks of last week undone I have to go one by one. Thank you Eraldo

Chrome extension - customize opening
I love the idea behind the Chrome extension as a super quick way to add tasks to PPO. I supremely dislike that the only way to turn it on is to have it show up in every new tab. I use my new tabs to open up my catalog of websites (speed dial) and I will not give that quick access up. PLEASE let PPO Chrome extension be opened by clicking the PPO icon on the extension bar. 99% of Chrome extensions function this way. If I can't open it when I want it and not have it override new…

needed feature
For tasks and appointments, need to be able set multiple reminder alarms/notifications - instead of just one AND for both task and appointment reminder alarms/notifications need to have both a global option and an individual option to have a popup notification either with or without sound &/or vibration notification (or no notification).

Sync calendar with multiple Apple calendars
Plan Plus calendar sync will currently only sync with one Apple calendar, but Apple uses multiple calendars as a way to separate business, personal, educational, etc. events. This makes sync of Plan Plus with Apple calendar incomplete. Whole calendars would need to be entered in manually, so Plan Plus becomes worthless for efficiency and coordination. Please create a full sync or workaround to sync multiple Apple calendars with Plan Plus calendar thank you!

Auto-scroll when dragging tasks around
I need an easy way to drag a B42 task to A9 (I literally have around 94 tasks at all times). I have to drag it up 15 spaces and drop it then do that several more times.

secondary Google account sync
It would be great if you could make it so that a secondary Google calendar could be synced to Plan Plus. My client scheduling software for my practice will sync to google calendar, but it would be so helpful if this could sync to Plan Plus. Google provides a special URL for the secondary calendars on a Google account that can theoretically be used for integration into other systems.

More frequent 'sync' (than 1 hr) OR button to 'sync' on demand
1hr is to long to be out of sync with Exchange/Outlook365/Gmail. I understand that creates additional load, but how about every 15 min? Also as maybe even a better alternative, a button to 'sync' on demand - that way you wouldn't increase load significantly, and people could use it only as needed.
