  1. "Offline" Mode or quicker interactions

    Since everything is web based we have to wait for the browser to update with every click. It could be much quicker if the user interface reacted instantly to user input and then synced with the server behind the scenes. For instance when moving tasks around it takes time for the task to update and then move itself. If it could be dragged and dropped instantly and sync on the back-end with the server that would be much quicker.     Provide definitions for CRM terms, commands, descriptions in Plan Plus, their individual functionality and how to activate them (if not available in your plan).

  3. In opportunties automatically "relate to" the contact and their organization for who is put into the "Customer" field

    When putting a contact in the "Customer (Updatable)" field, it would be nice if the opportunity automatically "related" itself to the contact and their opportunity.

  4. All on one page

    Have a paged based on your computer/app where it links into email from your email account, contacts, task manager, and calendar. Similar to PP for outlook
