Restore the note indicator to the task list
In an earlier version, when you added a note to a task, a symbol was added next to the task on the list. It was a real time saver, but somehow it got eliminated.
If most users are like me, most tasks don’t have notes. So you can look at the list, see the task, do it and then check it off.
But a few tasks have important notes, and I want to make sure to read those notes before I begin the task. In the previous version, I could tell which tasks I needed to open to read my notes.
Now I have to open EVERY task before I do it just to make sure I’m not missing a note. It’s irritating because usually there is no note so I’ve just wasted my time.
Why not put a colored “N” symbol, or any symbol, either on the left or the right of a task on the list whenever I’ve added a note to the task? It would also be added whenever anything is added to the task, such as a link to an article. It would indicate to me and other users that we need to open the task and look at it before doing it.
Thanks.

I totally agree. This would be very helpful.
I just looked at one of the previous Planplusonline own training texts (Chapter 3, titled Organizing Your Schedule with Tasks and Projects) and was prompted to click on the little note icon next to a task to view notes I have associated with a task... and lo, there is no icon anymore.
As Al Rudis has said, very irritating and time-wasting.
I can see no good reason to have deleted this very useful function and would be very grateful if you could re-instate it as soon as possible.
